About Laddy’s Home Services

My name is Mike Ladd, owner and founder of Laddy’s Home Services, and Junk Busters junk removal. Growing up, I had always dreamed of becoming a business owner. As a teenager, I worked two full-time jobs while attending school. At the age of 18, I decided the time was right to pursue my dream.

Laddy’s began in the year 2001 with a small SUV and a lot of “borrowed” tools and supplies from my Dad’s garage. Like any small business, it took time to get my bearings, but I persevered. Now, almost 20 years later, I am learning everyday how to improve the business and add more services to accommodate all our clients wants, and needs.

My employees are top notch, courteous and hard working. Most have been with me for years (some since the beginning). We take pride in our work and in our customers’ satisfaction. Our philosophy is do it right the first time. If the customer is not happy, we are not happy. We will work to make sure all our clients are clients for life.

Today we offer a variety of services including light carpentry, interior and exterior painting, power washing, gutter cleaning, fall and spring cleanups, junk removal, plant and tree installations, and more.

We are fully licensed and insured. If you need a job done around your home or business, Laddy’s should be your first call.
